SANTRO views technical exhibition as an important part of the SANTRO symposium. The SANTRO symposium will provide ample space for technical exhibition. The Exibition Hall has a space of 130m x 40m (please take a glance at Exhibition Hall).

The standard exhibition units will be along the 2 sides of the hall. The central island space is reserved for companies who give special sponsorships to the syposium. The space of a standard exhibition unit is 3m x 3m. It comes with a standard booth setup or without the booth setup. The standard booth setup includes 3 walls, a reception counter, 2 chairs, a sign of company name/logo, and basic lighting. The purchase of a standard exhibition unit comes with two complimentary symposium registrations. Early bird exhibition registration will get $500 discount before April 15, 2008.

The prices for exhibition space are:

(1) An exhibition unit with a standard booth setup: $3500.

(2) An exhibition unit without the booth setup: $3000. 

(3) An exhibition unit with the booth setup for Publishers or other Non-profit organizations: $1500. 

SANTRO will also provide lecture space (up to 80 seats) in the exhibition hall for rent.

Important dates for exhibitors:

April 15, 2008: early bird exhibition space application, you will get $500 discount for each exhibition unit for applying before this date.

June 16, 2008: exhibition space application closed.

July 2, 2008: Exhibition space assignment send out. Exhibition services kit available.

August 28-30, 2008: Exibition dates.
